Job Description Position Summary

CIG USA, and its foreign affiliates (CIG), is a leading ODM (Original Design and Manufacture) company focus on the residential and enterprise grade network equipment market. Its products include the broadband access devices, wireless access products, and data center interconnect products. CIG has built up the R&D center in US, Japan and China. The sales and operation team also present in Europe and Southeast Asia.

The Human Resources Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits administration, ACA compliance, payroll coordination, training administration, 401(k) administration, incentive plan administration, and HR documentation. This role partners with employees, hiring managers, and external vendors to ensure efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and preparing employment offers.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Administer employee benefits enrollment and annual renewals.
  • Assist with Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and reporting activities.
  • Manage employee training records and coordinate training activities.
  • Administer employee incentive and bonus programs.
  • Prepare employment verification letters, invitation letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and provide general HR administrative support.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of general human resources principles and employment practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
