직무내용 :

• 채용 진행, 인터뷰 일정 조율, Onboarding/Offboarding 프로세스 지원
• 직원 인사파일, 근태, 교육 기록 및 HR 관련 문서 관리
• Payroll 관련 서류, PTO/병가 사용 현황 및 직원 정보 관리 지원
• 건강보험 및 401(k) 등 직원 Benefits 운영 지원

자격요건 :

• HR 또는 Administration 분야 1~4년 경력
• 학사 이상 (경영학, 인사관리 또는 유관 전공자 우대)
• 영어-한국어 이중 언어 가능자
• 미국 취업에 결격 사유 없는 지원자 (H1B, Green Card, Citizen) 지원 가능
