- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the organization’s HR strategy and overall HR program delivery
- Drive HR strategy toward a culture of excellence and prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure employee engagement and results
- Consult with senior business leaders to enhance organizational design and effectiveness and drive employee engagement
- Translate company-wide objectives and initiatives into tailored strategies for the organization, technical leaders, and employees
- Lead large-scale change management planning and execution impacting hundreds to thousands of employees
- Implement organizational structures that improve individual and organizational performance while minimizing business disruption
- Develop and implement organization-specific people and workforce plans and roadmaps aligned with business needs
- Drive strategies to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent
- Own execution of the talent management lifecycle, including talent acquisition, talent integration, performance management, total rewards management, employee engagement, and retention
- Potentially lead a team of HR Business Partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience (degree preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree or 10 years with a Bachelor’s degree
- People leadership experience, including direct management of Human Resources team members
- Experience establishing trust and credibility with leaders and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to influence, challenge, and partner effectively across the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data and analytics skills, quantitative reasoning, and data storytelling expertise
- Demonstrated track record of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Action-oriented, persistent, and courageous outlook when navigating complex situations
- Willingness to work in person at Ford’s Dearborn, MI headquarters at least four days per week
- Proven track record of strong HR Business Partnership
- Experience in organizational design, talent management, and leading transformation
- Strong emotional resilience in the face of change and challenge
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
