- Review candidate applications and conduct screening conversations or review video interview submissions
- Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Enable processes that provide candidates with quality care and timely follow-up
- Support recruiting strategies to increase diverse representation in the global workforce
- Interact with candidates through phone screens, interview preparation calls, scheduling conversations, and offer extensions
- Present Trane Technologies' employee value proposition to candidates
- Identify, elevate, and develop resources and offerings to improve candidate and internal stakeholder experiences
- Facilitate interview debriefs with hiring teams
- Create offers and facilitate meaningful offer-extension conversations
- Address candidate questions and provide differentiated candidate care
- Partner with early career team members and business stakeholders on candidate updates and recruiting-system challenges
- Collaborate with peers as requisition volumes fluctuate
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Early/Emerging Talent
- Experience with change management, influencing, and stakeholder management
- Ability to travel up to 30-50% during peak recruiting season
Demonstrates expertise in full life cycle recruiting, with a focus on early and emerging talent. Skilled in stakeholder management, change management, and providing exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
