Human Resource Consultant

• Manage assigned clients, including complex clients, contributing to their success, growth, satisfaction, and retention
• Develop strategic client relationships and provide HR guidance and value-added solutions
• Advise clients on HR compliance, business goals, policies, legislation, benefits, wage and hour regulations, and performance management across all 50 states
• Engage internal support teams and Centers of Excellence to deliver services and solutions
• Analyze data and statistics to identify trends and recommend policies and activities
• Facilitate client trainings
• Collaborate with clients and Account Executives on HR goals and business objectives
• Implement client people, organizational structure, and leadership development strategies
• Document client interactions in management systems and databases
• Partner with and guide HR Representatives, HR Specialists, and Account Executives
• Pilot internal tools and provide feedback
• Participate in or lead project teams and focus groups
• Deliver training and development opportunities to internal partners and peers
• Act as a subject matter expert on processes, projects, or tools
• Identify process improvement and collaboration opportunities across the company
• Support the Sales organization in prospect meetings
• Advise, negotiate, and influence clients toward HR compliance and business goals
• Create content and host knowledge-sharing sessions
• Consult with clients on Insperity and approved partner technologies

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of end-to-end Human Resources operations experience
• Focus on HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or Manager roles
• Prior experience in multi-state companies with at least 500 employees
• Experience operating in a matrixed environment preferred
• Up to 30% travel

Proven ability to analyze data, facilitate training, and collaborate effectively across teams to drive client success and retention.
