What you will enjoy doing:
- Lead and develop an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness
- Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance matters
- Use workforce metrics and employee insights to influence business decisions and improve employee engagement
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to implement people programs, policies, and processes
- Support investigations, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience
What makes you great:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices
- Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification - Experience with workforce planning, HR transformations, or HRIS platforms such as Workday or Success Factors
- International HR experience and exposure to aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or precision manufacturing environments
