- Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value propositions and strategies
- Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits
- Communicate across the team, Product Owners, stakeholders, and business partners to influence solutions
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with HR partners to redesign business processes
- Design and develop complex Workday integrations supporting candidate and associate experiences
- Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio, security, troubleshooting, data analysis, vendor management, and coordination with HR/Enterprise teams
- Lead a team of integrators and configurators supporting Workday HCM modules
- Align priorities with Product Owners and deliver objectives using Agile methodologies
- Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews
- Ensure platform performance, quality, and adherence to Enterprise standards
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 6 years of experience on HR platforms, including Workday
- At least 4 years of experience with Workday integrations or functional configuration tasks
- Experience with Workday HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Performance Management
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience working with Workday Human Resources modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, or Finance
- 5+ years of experience working with APIs within the Workday environment using REST or SOAP
- Experience building solutions on Workday Extend
- Workday or Workday Pro certifications preferred
