Human Resources Generalist MM

Our client, a privately owned architecture firm, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employees throughout the employment lifecycle. This position will coordinate core HR programs while helping maintain a professional, compliant, and engaging workplace.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and employee departures.
• Administer employee records, benefits enrollment, leave, and HR system updates.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and workplace procedures.
• Support performance review, compensation, and employee development processes.
• Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state employment requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor workforce trends.
• Coordinate employee events, training programs, and engagement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.

3+ years of generalist-level human resources experience.

Experience with in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services preferred.

Working knowledge of employment practices and benefits administration.

Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems.

Strong judgment, confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.

SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Annual salary of $58,000 to $70,000.

Annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 4%.
