- Source across Rillet’s go-to-market organization, initially focused on post-sales
- Identify where exceptional talent lives and develop creative ways to reach candidates
- Build market maps and explore new companies, backgrounds, and talent pools
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand target profiles
- Write thoughtful, personalized outreach to attract candidates to Rillet
- Use data and experimentation to improve sourcing methods
- 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or a startup environment
- Experience sourcing GTM, post-sales, accounting, or finance talent is a plus
- Comfortable using tools like Linked In Recruiter
- Strong writing skills for personalized outreach
- Curious, resourceful, organized, and comfortable moving quickly
- Coachable, low ego, and excited to grow
- Based near the New York City or San Francisco offices, or open to relocating
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
- Must answer whether work authorization sponsorship is required
- Must provide examples of exceptional performance
Demonstrates expertise in sourcing talent within technology and SaaS environments, utilizing data-driven methods to enhance recruitment strategies. Strong writing and communication skills are essential for personalized candidate outreach and collaboration with hiring teams.
