HR Generalist / Talent Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team. As a HR Generalist, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting plant leadership and employee relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Pevely, MO
Pay Range:30-32/hour
Shift:7 AM- 4:15 PM
What's the Job?- Support the Plant Human Resources Manager and leadership team with daily HR operations.
- Process weekly union hourly payroll for 250 to 350 employees and assist with salaried payroll adjustments.
- Administer and manage accruals, absenteeism, and employee benefits programs.
- Participate in employee relations investigations, resolve ongoing issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards while maintaining accurate documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of HR experience, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Experience working with FMLA, benefits, and HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
