We are hiring a Talent Manager for Conscious Minds label, Voices. While audiences love brands, they trust their favorite voices the most. We partner brands with trusted voices to tell their stories.
ABOUT THIS ROLEThe Talent Manager will serve as an expert for all things social and community based, with an in-depth knowledge of social media and influencer culture and communities. They will collaborate with the Creative Studio to build and execute maker, influencer-led content programs and one-off projects.
Voices Talent Manager will report to the Senior Talent Manager of Voices.
Project Management // 50%Communication with talent

Engagement calls
Supporting the Creative Studio team with Talent requests or needs
Resourcing and Finding nuanced creators // 40%Sourcing talent for specific creative needs
Story mining
Management of Freelance Story miners
Development of New Content Creator Relationships and Social Integration // 10%1:1’s connects with New Talent
Networking Events
Networking and building relationships with Talent Managers + Agents
RESPONSIBILITIESStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with the rest of the Creative Team on ideation for framework and concepts for social, maker, and influencer-focused work
Coordinating and scheduling engagement calls with creators
Briefing all talent into each project
Meet and curate relationships with Content Creators for future partnerships
Update the internal database with new creatives we have sourced for each project
Stay up-to-date on social media platforms and trends
Source influencer and maker talent in collaboration with casting partners
Be an ambassador between the creative studio and talent managers, and talent making sure that we remain equitable across each project
Helping contract and negotiate talent fees
Represent CM Voices on set when needed
Help design and build the Voices department approach on best practices in communication and
management of talent
RequirementsExperience in social media and/or influencer marketing
Strong organizational skills
Proactive mindset with the ability to work remotely without in-person daily supervision
Ability to shoot and/or edit content is a plus
Production and Producing knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of current Media Rates is a plus

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $70,000.00–$90,000.00 in addition to our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location.
