- Source top talent for Aero Vect in a highly competitive market
- Partner with Aero Vect's founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies
- Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Use innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, events, and marketing, to attract top talent
- Help build a world-class team as Aero Vect scales to major airports
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, and hardware
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS
- Experience with fast-growing and quick-scaling start-ups
- Bonus: experience hiring GTM roles such as sales and operations
Demonstrates expertise in sourcing and recruiting top technical talent, particularly in robotics, autonomy, and hardware, while employing innovative strategies to enhance candidate experience and pipeline quality.
