Position Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Partner with business units providing consultation on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues
Assure the HR strategy is implemented and supported throughout the business units
Consult, partner, and coach business units to identify and mitigate potential risk Attend regular meetings with the respective business units
Partner with business units to attract, hire, and retain talent
Partner to business units and Team Member providing guidance on policy interpretation
Advise business units in conflict resolution methods
Partner with managers to coach associates on performance expectations, attendance, and business unit goals
Monitor and enforce compliance requirements
Foster company culture to ensure a great working environment
Partner with business units to drive employee recognition and assist in organizational training and career development and growth
Partner with management and Team Members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention
Provide team member support on all HR related matters including policies, LOA, payroll, and onboarding
Provide guidance in workforce and succession planning
Partner with business units in managing change in relation to HR policies or processes
Remains current on trends and innovative HR strategy techniques in order to compete in market and within industry
Able to travel up to 25%
Qualifications Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A. or
B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Partner or Generalist role. Strong HR functional expertise; working knowledge on employment law matters, employment legislation, and compliance management. Prior experience in big box multi-unit retail environment is a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer
Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. HRIS experience is required. Working knowledge in Workday is a plus.

Not Required.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
Position Hiring Range The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.Additional available benefits upon meeting eligibility requirements include:
