Human Resources Business Partner – Associate Manager

• Partner with business leaders and managers on talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives
• Provide HR guidance and support by applying HR programs, policies, and business objectives
• Support talent initiatives, workforce plans, leadership development, and talent review discussions
• Advise managers and employees on performance, development, engagement, and workplace issues
• Identify learning and development needs and support creation, implementation, and facilitation of training programs
• Advise on performance issues, annual performance management cycles, and performance plans
• Facilitate resolution of performance and employee relations issues
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and employment laws and regulations
• Support organizational assessments, team structure, role alignment, and change management activities
• Participate in HR projects and change initiatives
• Partner on job architecture, annual salary planning, and compensation decisions
• Support workforce planning by analyzing workforce data and partnering with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs
• Facilitate selection of high-performing and diverse talent for critical roles

• 6-8 years of HR related experience
• Experience in at least one HR Center of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People & Organizational Development, Employee Relations / Labor Relations, or HR Operations
• Strong facilitation skills
• Basic business acumen
• Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
• People-centered change management skills; agile and resilient
• Good understanding of HR analytics
• Ability to synthesize and connect multiple inputs and translate them into simple solutions and messages
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrix environment

• Experience with HR systems and tools
• Good judgment and ability to balance company, manager, and employee needs

• Ability to repeatedly sit, listen, speak, write/type, and move through all locations of a manufacturing facility
• Ability to go to all areas of the company
• Ability to periodically lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to independently travel by car or airplane to domestic and international locations as needed

Demonstrates expertise in talent management, employee relations, and performance management while effectively supporting organizational change initiatives. Proficient in HR analytics and project management, with a strong ability to influence and advise leaders in a matrix environment.
