• Process and review payroll accurately for assigned market employees
• Assist employees and managers with questions about pay, benefits, and PTO
• Support onboarding processes including I-9 completion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
• Handle routine HR and payroll matters independently after training
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Market Support Manager

• Work in a supportive, enthusiastic team environment
