The Neosho School District is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide confidential and professional support for district human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate personnel records and documentation
- Assist with certification tracking and employee compliance requirements
- Support human resources systems, data management, and reporting
- Prepare personnel-related materials and documentation
- Provide professional, confidential customer service to employees and applicants
- Assist with state and federal compliance requirements and audits
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities
- Experience with HR systems and databases preferred
- Knowledge of school district operations and compliance
