Real Time Acquisitions (RTA) is hiring a Recruiter for an onsite, in-person role in Orange County, CA
. This is a community-first opportunity focused on connecting with motivated people and turning those first conversations into successful team members. You will be out meeting people, starting discussions, and helping move candidates from interest to scheduled interviews.

Important note: This is not a “sit at a desk and wait for resumes” job. You will be out meeting people, building relationships, and making things happen as part of a community recruiting approach.

Compensation: USD 900 - 1,400 per weekly.
