Program Manager

An employer in the Financial Services sector is seeking a Program Manager to oversee their data organization, managing 6-7 work streams. The role involves creating and updating features and user stories for the Data Platform work streams, applying agile methodologies to ensure a balance of speed, scale, and quality.

The Program Manager will track task progress and milestones to ensure timely delivery, design and maintain program roadmaps, identify dependencies and risks, and mitigate issues proactively. Regular reporting on project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders is also required. The candidate must be local to Newport Beach and available to work onsite 4 days a week.

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience managing technical and infrastructure projects.
• Experience overseeing multiple work streams in an enterprise environment.
• Basic understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, Active Directory, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
