Data Management Specialist.

What You Will Be Doing:

Collaborating with internal teams to identify, format, and ingest relevant agronomic and product content while integrating new datasets into the system.

Overseeing the organization and maintenance of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Preparation & Ingestion:Facilitate the expansion of the data foundation by integrating pertinent datasets.
• Quality Assurance:
  Design test cycles to evaluate model behavior.
• Stakeholder Engagement:Support local innovation initiatives by helping teams leverage AI capabilities for tailored use cases.
• Global Consistency:
  Ensure shared learnings across regions and maintain consistency in data standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Agronomic Expertise:
  Minimum 5 years of experience with a solid understanding of crop systems, product information, and technical documentation in agriculture.
• AI Proficiency:
  Experience with GenAI tools, data ingestion workflows, and the practical application of data for model enhancement.
• Data Automation:
  Expertise in organizing technical information and developing automated processes for data handling.
• Training & Communication: A proven track record of leading training and engagement sessions for diverse stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Demonstrated ability to collaborate across IT, legal, commercial, and technical teams in complex environments.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience specifically with the E.L.Y. GenAI model or similar agronomic AI platforms.
• Familiarity with agricultural legal standards and compliance for data management.
• Experience in designing benchmarking Q&A pairs for AI system validation.

Pay:$28.00 - $40.00 /hr.
