First Point Group is seeking an experienced Network Solution Architect with CCIE-level expertise to join a leading global telecommunications organization. This role is essential for designing robust network architectures, driving high-impact technical solutions, and ensuring long-term network scalability and performance.

As a Network Solution Architect, you will work closely with engineering, operations, and delivery teams to define and implement end-to-end network solutions for large-scale telecom projects. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical designs, evaluating emerging technologies, and guiding strategic decision-making. This position offers the opportunity to work within an international telecom environment, contribute to next‑generation network architecture, and support complex migration and transformation programs.

• ✓ Develop and design advanced network architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• ✓ Lead solution design workshops and translate customer needs into high‑level and low‑level designs.
• ✓ Evaluate and integrate new network technologies, platforms, and solutions.
• ✓ Oversee network implementation, validation, and optimization activities.
• ✓ Provide expert‑level troubleshooting and technical guidance across cross‑functional teams.
• ✓ Ensure network designs comply with security, scalability, and performance standards.
• ✓ Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and solution proposals.

• ✓ Active CCIE certification (Routing & Switching, Service Provider, or relevant track).
• ✓ Strong expertise in IP networking, transport technologies, routing protocols, and network security.
• ✓ Proven experience as a Network Architect or senior‑level network engineer in telecom or large enterprise environments.
• ✓ Ability to design scalable, redundant, and secure network architectures.
• ✓ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ✓ Experience with multi‑vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, etc.).
• ✓ Willingness to relocate to California, USA.

• ✓ Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• ✓ Knowledge of automation tools (Python, Ansible).
• ✓ Background in SD‑WAN or NFV/virtualized network environments.
• ✓ Familiarity with large migration or transformation projects.
• ✓ Spanish/English bilingual proficiency.
