Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services BGS, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Hazelwood, MO for the Department of Navy Tomahawk Land-Attack Missile program. The Tomahawk program is expanding to include additional US and foreign customers and will remain relevant for many years. This position is essential for helping Tapestry Solutions and our customers navigate this expansion.
Responsibilities- Ability to manage a small team of software developers
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with customer representatives and senior leadership
- Handle user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze user feedback
- Implement current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and changes in regulations relevant to software development
- Execute and document software research and development projects
- Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- 8+ years of experience with or C#.NET (including .NET Framework)
- SQL or other relational database experience
- Unit testing frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest
- Windows environment (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop Development
- Project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc.)
- Azure Dev Ops Pipelines or other CI/CD tools
- Microservices or RESTful APIs
- Agile
- Strong mathematical analysis skills or STEM degree
- C++
- Security+ certification or Computer Science degree

- Pay & Benefits: We offer a total rewards package with competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities, and eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs.
- Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, market conditions, and business considerations. Summary base pay range $133,000 - $155,000.
