Drive the vision, execution, and performance of the client's social media presence across all platforms.

• Create and publish scroll-stopping content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and Linked In
• Map out and manage a social calendar, balancing planned and reactive content
• Capture, produce, or direct short-form video content
• Analyze social metrics and provide insights to optimize content
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand-aligned campaigns
• Monitor trends and adjust strategy accordingly
• Manage and engage with the social media community
• Work directly with the founder to bring her creative vision to life

• 4–7+ years of social media management for a brand, agency, or creator
• Experience creating performance-driven content (organic vs paid)
• Sprout Social proficiency
• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics
• Ability to handle feedback, thrive in ambiguity, and think strategically
• Comfortable producing content and contributing creative ideas independently
• Experience managing communities on social media
• Data-savvy with strong analytical and reporting skills

• Experience working with influencers or UGC
• Background in lifestyle, food, beverage, or wellness industries
