About the RoleWe're seeking a Digital Commerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day performance and revenue growth of This new position offers significant responsibility and growth potential—you'll develop site optimization strategies, manage product merchandising, direct content development, and oversee Google Shopping campaigns to maximize online sales and search visibility. WhatYou'll Do
- Drive E-Commerce Growth
:
Own strategies to increase online revenue, optimize product pages and site navigation, and improve conversion rates through data-driven testing. - Manage Google Shopping
:
Develop and optimize Google Shopping campaigns and budgets to maximize ROAS and drive profitable traffic - Direct Content Strategy
:
Guide content development with internal teams and external writers/designers to ensure all content is search-optimized, on-brand, and conversion-focused - Lead SEO & AI Search Optimization
:
Execute SEO strategies and adapt content for visibility in AI-powered search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) - Analyze & Report
:
Use GA4, SEMrush, Google Ads, Merchant Center, and Search Console, daily to monitor performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations
You're analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of the customer journey and the drivers of purchasing decisions. You're eager to learn and stay current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape—from AI-powered search to emerging e-commerce trends.

Required- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Shopping, or product listing ads
- Hands-on CMS experience and working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written/verbal communication
- Google Shopping campaign management with proven ROAS improvements
- GA4 certification
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRO principles, and A/B testing
- Familiarity with AI-powered search tools and LLM content optimization
