HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking a Program Support Analyst to support our work at Beale AFB, CA.
What This Role Offers

Program & Mission Support
- Lead, plan, organize, and execute program support activities that enable daily operations and war fighting missions
- Support financial programs, budget preparation and execution, accounting liaison functions, and pay services
- Assist with program, cost, and economic analysis to support informed decision‑making
- Provide oversight for non‑appropriated funds, audit activities, internal controls, and quality assurance
Advisory & Analytical Support
- Provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to squadron and group leadership
- Identify program or technical deficiencies and recommend effective solutions
- Deliver clear, accurate input on accomplishments, challenges, and compliance with guidance and regulations
Administrative & Operational Coordination
- Attend required meetings and maintain NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS accounts
- Manage SOFA, passport, and VISA requirements for personnel
- Support policy and procedure development, fiscal law compliance, and documentation accuracy
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Comprehensive understanding of Air Force concepts, mission objectives, and operational execution
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport
- Experience supporting Air Force or DoD operational units, especially in a program support or resource management role
- Familiarity with Air Force financial processes, budget execution, or cost analysis
- Experience with SharePoint, task management systems, or government databases
- Prior involvement with audit readiness, internal controls, or quality assurance programs
- Experience coordinating personnel documentation such as SOFA, passport, or VISA requirements
- Ability to brief leadership and communicate program impacts clearly
