An Active Directory (AD) Enterprise Architect with deep technical skills in AD DS, DNS, security, replication, GPO, plus hybrid cloud (Azure AD/Entra , O365), scripting (Power Shell), and networking, combined with strong soft skills like communication, leadership, and business alignment to design secure, scalable identity solutions. Key areas include AD infrastructure, identity & access management (IAM), cloud integration (Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Conditional Access), DR/BCP, and governance.

• Active Directory: Deep knowledge of AD DS (forests, domains, trusts, replication, schema, GPO, security), FSMO roles, site topology, DC management, hygiene.
• Identity & Access Management (IAM): SSO, MFA (Okta, ADFS), Conditional Access, user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding).
• Security: AD security hardening, least privilege, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), certificate services (AD CS).
• Automation: Power Shell scripting for management, provisioning, and reporting.
• Directory Services: LDAP, directory synchronization tools (FIM/MIM).
• Translating business needs into technical designs for complex, enterprise-wide identity solutions.
• Designing for resilience, high availability, disaster recovery (DR), and backup/recovery.
• System integration and interoperability across different platforms (Windows, Cloud, On-prem).
• Governance, compliance, and lifecycle management of identity services.

• Tools: MIM/FIM, Azure AD Connect, Power Shell, DNS/DHCP tools, security scanners.
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, MCSA/MCSE (legacy).
