ResponsibilitiesServe as the backbone of statewide training programs by ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) runs smoothly, policies are followed, reports are accurate, and users are supported. Work closely with IT professionals, vendors, and program staff to optimize workflows, implement policies, and enhance training delivery through innovative system improvements.
Minimum RequirementsRefer to the Class Specification for detailed qualifications. Minimum qualification standard: ANALYST II classification.
Desirable Qualifications- Experience managing technology solutions, including LMSs.
- Configure, update, and troubleshoot technology solutions.
- Manage user data, course catalogs, and reporting.
- Create user guides and training sessions.
- Manage projects effectively, including tracking, reporting, and meeting milestones.
- Develop and deliver training related to navigating technology solutions.
- Maintain user guides and other resources.
- Interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and new feature rollouts.
- Generate and interpret reports; present data.
- Work independently and in a group setting.
