• Develop and implement effective communication strategies for digital tool adoption
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and concerns regarding digital changes
• Create training programs and informative materials to support user engagement
• Monitor progress of digital tool adoption and identify barriers to usage
• Serve as the Business Process Owner for AI capabilities within Global Quality

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in Life Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision‑making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and foster engagement across diverse teams
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements and Quality System Regulations (QSR)

• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience in a regulated life sciences environment
• Proficiency in digital adoption tools like Walk Me for creating guided workflows
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their application in process optimization
• Experience in Quality Systems, Change Management, and Digital Adoption
• Strong PC literacy including MS Office and collaborative work management tools
