• Recommend process improvements based on data insights and workflow analysis.
• Present data insights, compliance trends, and recommendations to stakeholders to support informed decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain databases for environmental compliance data collection, tracking and risk assessments.
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Teamcenter, and Excel.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and compliance risks.
• Support regulatory reporting requirements by collecting and validating data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data flow.
• Provide support for regulatory monitoring and communication activities to ensure continuity in compliance efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and full bilingual fluency in English and French.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• At least five (5) years of experience in data analytics or data management in aerospace or a similar field.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing concepts and processes and the ability to relate them to financial performance.
• Good sense of organization, time management and a demonstration of autonomy.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Teamcenter is an asset.
