About the Role:

The E-commerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution and optimization of the Tru Niagen® direct-to-consumer online experience. This role is highly collaborative and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless site operations, accurate product and promotional setup, and strong digital performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited to grow within a fast-paced, data-driven e-commerce environment in the health and wellness space.

Core

Expectations:
  • Support daily operations of the Shopify storefront, ensuring product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date
  • Update website content across homepage, PDPs, collection pages, and landing pages in partnership with Marketing and Creative
  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, subscription performance) and assist with reporting and insight generation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to ensure order accuracy, fulfillment alignment, and resolution of site-related customer issues
  • Support content updates across our other business website properties and perform routine site QA to identify and resolve issues
Qualifications and Succuss Factors:
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify required
  • Data-driven decision making and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
  • Experience supporting website promotions and A/B testing initiatives
  • Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Klaviyo, or similar marketing and analytics platforms

$26 - $32 an hour
