Power BI Associates and Managers: in support of California Behavioral Health

Remote, West Coast US | $100,000–$137,500 p.a.

The Healthy Brains Global Initiative (HBGI) builds and transforms high-performing mental health services and systems that maximize outcomes for individuals. Data is critical to this, and we are seeking Power BI experts with prior experience of working with operational behavioral health data to join our California team.

About HBGI

HBGI is a registered US (and UK) non-profit that works with systems to optimize and expand mental health provision, shifting the emphasis away from process and toward the outcomes that matter most to service users themselves. Working from the bottom-up, we collaborate closely with partners, providers, and communities, recognizing that meaningful change requires a deep understanding of and respect for local contexts.

One particular area of focus and expertise is performance management, which involves equipping frontline teams to better understand their performance data, what drives service performance and make decisions to strengthen it. We support our partners to unlock and manage this change, strengthen accountability, and, ultimately, deliver better individual outcomes. Good use and understanding of the day-to-day operational data is critical to this mission.

As such, we are looking for outstanding individuals to work with us and grow our data capability, as well as that of our partners.

If you are motivated by impact rather than process, comfortable working in complex systems, and eager to coach and bring others on a journey towards better use of data, read on.

Principal Requirements:

Prior experience of working with operational behavioral health data is a must have.
