As our Product & Technical Co-Founder (CPO/CTO), you'll define and build the product vision that scales our transformation methodology beyond consulting services. You'll lead internal product development, creating proprietary products that support our client work, and oversee a team that delivers custom AI workflow solutions. This is a true co-founder opportunity for someone who can help establish the product foundation for a rapidly growing company.

This role requires someone who is deeply AI-pilled - you're the person constantly experimenting with the latest tools and models, vibe coding, and obsessively following AI developments. You don't just use AI tools; you push them to their limits, break them, and figure out what's next before anyone else does. Equity is available for the right candidate.

Our approach to hiring: We're more interested in capability and fit than titles. These roles can be filled at junior, mid, or senior levels depending on your experience. We're ready to bring on full-time founding team members now - though for the right person in the right situation, part-time starts with a clear path to full-time is possible.

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, translating our transformation methodology into scalable product and productized service solutions

• Stay ahead of the AI frontier through constant experimentation and research, translating emerging capabilities into client value and product and productized service opportunities

• Build and lead an automation development team that delivers custom AI workflow automation, process automation, and custom tools for clients

• Conduct customer discovery to understand client needs, pain points, and opportunities for product-led solutions that enhance our consulting services

• Architect and oversee the development of potential proprietary SaaS products that support client transformation journeys

• Make strategic build vs. buy decisions and manage technical partnerships that accelerate product development

• Establish product development processes, quality standards, and delivery methodologies as we scale

• Recruit, hire, and manage engineering talent, building a high-performing technical team from the ground up

• Collaborate with founders and the leadership team on company strategy, technical decisions, and resource allocation

• Strong B2B product management background

• Technical fluency with enough engineering knowledge to effectively lead, communicate with, and manage engineering teams

• Experience building and scaling technical teams, ideally in early-stage or high-growth environments

• Track record of conducting customer discovery and translating insights into product requirements and roadmaps

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, automation, and SaaS product development

• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term client needs with long-term product vision

• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, including client interactions

• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and the ability to build something from scratch
