ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager for Averro’s Technology Solutions practice, which would be a great opportunity for someone passionate about human-centric digital transformation looking to further their career in Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation.

We are looking for a Customer Success Account Manager who is ready to move beyond “account management” and become a strategic catalyst for our clients’ growth. The Mission
As our Customer Success Account Manager, you are the face of Averro’s Technology Solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of clients—ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises—ensuring our technical expertise aligns perfectly with their business vision. You’ll bridge the gap between complex engineering and real-world impact, turning service delivery into a competitive advantage.
|What You’ll Do
• Champion the Client Journey:
Act as the strategic lead for your portfolio, becoming an essential partner in clients’ long-term success.
• Master the Metrics:
Monitor NPS and CSAT with precision, proactively identifying risks and converting challenges into opportunities.
• Deliver the “Averro Edge”:
Lead impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that roadmap the future by integrating AI assessments, cloud enablement, and modern workplace security.
• Collaborate for Impact:
Partner with Service Desk and Engineering teams to ensure delivery is consistent, predictable, and transformative.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Who You Are
• The Tech-Savvy Strategist: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success or IT Service Delivery, with comfort discussing Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cybersecurity solutions.
• The Relationship Architect:
Proven ability to build trust, manage executive conversations, and collaborate seamlessly with technical teams.
• The Growth Mindset:
Naturally curious, adaptable, and committed to staying ahead in an evolving technology landscape.
• The Outcome Owner:
Driven by accountability for client sentiment with a strong Client-First mindset.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience supporting Managed Services, Cybersecurity, or Cloud Transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-driven innovation, modern workplace solutions, or advanced service delivery strategies.
