* Design for connected devices, edge computing, mobile, A2A and B2B integration using web Methods or similar technologies, applying Human Centered Design and design thinking.
* Support Quality, Regulatory, Product Strategy (including PLM), Mergers & Acquisitions, and E2
Earchitecture.
* Define enterprise data architecture and governance with clinical data standards and real‑world patterns.
* Lead interoperability and API strategy using standards such as FHIR, HL7 V2+, DICOM, OMOP, and secure partner data exchanges.
* Lead technical due diligence, carve‑in/carve‑out plans, TSA exits, and Day 1/Day 100 roadmaps for Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures.
* Design solution roadmaps using SAFe/Scaled Agile and align to business capability and process frameworks such as APQC, EPMO tools, and process mining.
* Hands‑on work with cloud (Azure / AWS), containers/Kubernetes, microservices, data pipelines and event streaming with kafka or similar, and Dev Sec Ops .
* Mentor employees to expand architecture skills, strategic planning, and subject matter expertise.
* Promote business capability development, process excellence, and best practices.
* Support innovation, demand, and portfolio processes by gathering and evaluating new ideas.
* Foster a positive, engaging, team‑focused global environment.
* Partner with business and IT to identify opportunities to advance strategic objectives with technology.
* Serve as a role model for Medtronic values and core competencies.
· Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant IT experience or and advanced degree with 8+ years of relevant IT experience
