We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician (Level
1) to join our team in Tijuana. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, customer service, and solving technical challenges. You will provide first‑level support to internal users, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of IT incidents to keep operations running smoothly.
- Provide first‑level support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot incidents via remote tools or in person
- Document cases and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding (accounts, email, VPN)
- Configure and deploy computers, phones, and peripherals
- Perform basic maintenance, updates, and hardware replacements
- Promote IT best practices and security awareness
- Monitor IT assets and report issues
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent technical experience (Preferred)

Skills & Knowledge- PC troubleshooting, Windows OS, MS Office, remote tools, ticketing systems
- Basic networking, VPN, Active Directory, endpoint security
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs (PC equipment)
- 6 months – 1 year in IT support or help desk (Preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or similar (Preferred)
- Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday
