Technology Support Specialist

** General Purpose of Position****:
** Provide AV and general ITR support for Prasco Park events and internal meetings, along with training users in the best practices for AV technology.
** Primary Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)****:**|  |  || --- | --- ||  |
** Duties/Responsibilities** || 1 | Assist in optimizing and maintaining AV experiences for employees and visitors || 2 | Provide onsite coverage for events and meetings || 3 | Provide general IT support on an as needed basis || 4 | Primary support of technology for Prasco Park (baseball stadium complex) |## Qualifications
** Education and Experience****:
*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Systems
* 3-5 years’ experience working in Information Technology with a focus on AV systems.
* Experience with Teams, Zoom and Other Video Conferencing Tools.
* Q-SYS Level 1 & Level 2 Certification (Preferred)
* Technology Support of Events a Plus
** Physical Demands and Work Environment****:
*** Ability to sit at desk for extended periods of time
* Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time during events
* Extended viewing of computer screens and manual dexterity to operate office equipment
* Required to sit, talk, see and hear.  Occasionally required to walk, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Must use hands and fingers to operate computer
* Must have the ability to adjust focus for unplanned activities and other duties as assigned. Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment
* The work environment is mainly indoors, will need to assist with events and projects outside.  The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet
* This position is on site at our Mason, Ohio campus
