- Liaise with onsite and offsite development teams daily to monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
- Create and review test cases and test plans with business users, conduct functional and smoke testing, track defects and releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, user training, and troubleshoot production incidents.
- Practical knowledge of SDLC and iterative software development approach (e.g., Scrum).
- Proven ability to establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to achieve high performance.
- Ability to communicate and explain business problems and technical subjects to varied audiences.

- Practical knowledge of data analysis, data model analysis and system impact analysis.
- Understanding of relational databases, ETL and data integration concepts.
- Basic SQL skills.
- Typically a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in fast‑paced, dynamic, team‑based environments with some QA expertise.
- Working experience with industry‑standard modeling notations and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN, Archimate, ERD).
- Experience with multiple projects involving data integration/interfaces (optional).
