Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 / year
DescriptionWe are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Field Technicians to join our dynamic teams across various locations in Louisiana. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your IT expertise in a role that offers variety, challenge, and the satisfaction of making a significant impact on our clients' success. Our ideal candidates are tech‑savvy problem solvers with a passion for customer service and a desire to continually learn and grow within the IT field.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional onsite and remote IT support, resolving new and escalated tickets efficiently.
- Administer and support cloud solutions such as Office 365, Azure AD, and other apps.
- Staging of hardware, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices.
- Perform hardware, software, and peripheral troubleshooting, including PCs, printers, networking equipment, phones, and specialized devices.
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and server administrations (Windows Server 2012 and above).
- Implement and support networking technologies, including firewalls, switches, and APs.
- Assist with project solutioning, implementation, and maintenance tasks, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
- Travel to client sites as required, providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint Administration, VMWare, and Windows Server Environments.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills across a variety of hardware and software.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with networking hardware.
- Solid understanding of VoIP concepts and experience with phone system programming and hardware.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, Azure, or similar are highly regarded.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
