Property Management Systems Support Specialist - YARDI

What You’ll Do

As a Yardi Systems Support Specialist I, you’ll be the go‑to for 1st level Yardi – providing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to ensure our teams can use the platform effectively and efficiently.

  • Respond to support tickets and assist users with Yardi system questions and corrections.
  • Identify issues related to user training, processes, or configuration needs.
  • Help set up new users, permissions, and vendors in the Yardi system.
  • Monitor and resolve Yardi system performance issues.
  • Support multiple system integrations and vendor interfaces.
  • Recommend training opportunities to enhance user knowledge.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
What You Should Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience with Yardi, Rent Café, or Yardi CRM.
  • 1–3 years of relevant technical support experience in a remote or multi‑site environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, Go To Meeting , or similar platforms.
  • Passion for helping others and improving processes.
Bonus Points (but not required)
  • Familiarity with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS).
  • General ledger or accounting experience.
