What You Will Be Doing:
You will serve as an Enterprise Project Manager within the project management office or a dedicated team. You will oversee large, multi-stakeholder initiatives that support strategic organizational goals. Your day-to-day will involve partnering with various stakeholders, including functional leaders, project teams, and external contractors, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. You will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and risks across multiple locations and business units.
In this role, you will coordinate efforts with digital teams and global partners, including those in South America, to keep projects moving efficiently. You will also produce accurate status reports, unblock issues promptly, and ensure stakeholder communication. This position is a 6-month Contract with potential for extension or renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning, organization, and delivery of large enterprise projects featuring multiple stakeholders and locations.
• Partner with project managers, functional leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
• Adopt and implement best practices in project and change management across technical and functional areas.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver within scope, time, and cost constraints.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Coordinate cross-regional work streams, including support for finance transformation initiatives supporting global teams.
• Unblock impediments and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Support transition planning and ongoing success measures for project adoption and benefit realization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, digital, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Conduct project reviews and provide mentorship on best practices for project management across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3-5+ years of enterprise project management experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• PMP Certification is required;
Agile Certification or extensive Agile experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with change management in organizational settings.
• Strong understanding of project management frameworks (Waterfall and Agile) and methodologies.
• Ability to lead and coordinate global teams, including contractors across diverse regions.
• Proficiency in project scheduling, risk management, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution skills.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Highly preferred: finance transformation project experience, financial services industry background, and experience working with global teams and contractors.
Desired Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of finance and business operations terminology.
• Experience supporting digital and finance transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in multicultural and cross-regional settings.
Pay: $41.12 – $58.74 /hr
