Technology Partners is currently hiring a User Adoption and Support Specialist.
What You Will Be DoingYou will join the user support and onboarding team within the product support department. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to promote product adoption, including creating documentation, conducting demonstrations, and establishing communication channels. You will work closely with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure that the user community effectively understands and utilizes the IT product. Your efforts will help improve user experience, increase adoption metrics, and contribute to ongoing product success.
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension based on performance.
- Act as a customer advocate by collaborating with the Product Squad to gather user feedback and clearly communicate solutions.
- Respond to user questions and issues with clarity, empathy, and technical accuracy.
- Promote products through marketing strategies and facilitate application demonstrations and user training.
- Develop and maintain application documentation and support materials throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor user feedback, support trends, and adoption metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide digital product support through clearly publicized channels, collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation describing system functionalities for end users and support staff.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product’s business domain to support change management and stakeholder confidence.
- 3‑5+ years of experience in user support, training, or product adoption roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, relationship‑building, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in creating user documentation and supporting digital or technical products.
- Knowledge of digital agriculture, crop science, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, support, or documentation is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License.
- Prior experience in agricultural technology, plant science, or R&D environments.
- Exposure to change management frameworks or methodologies.
- Additional familiarity with technical architecture, integrations, or support tools.
$35.00 – $50.00 /hr.
