Overview

Senior Manager, Search Experience (AEO, GEO, SEO) to join the Marketing team in Canada or the U.S. The role owns our organic discovery strategy across Search Generative Experience, generative AI tools, and traditional SEO, driving marketing qualified leads and hand‑raises through brand visibility in search.

• Set the overarching omni‑channel search strategy for SEO, AEO, and GEO to ensure total brand dominance in discovery.
• Lead a cross‑functional search squad consisting of content, technical, and product stakeholders, owning outcomes such as rankings, citations, and organic conversions.
• Define how we optimize for Large Language Models (LLMs), including structured data strategy, citation management, and brand authority signals that AI engines prioritize.
• Partner with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Enablement to forecast organic growth, track progress, and report performance against lead and revenue goals.
• Identify high‑leverage opportunities—e.g., site architecture changes, AI‑driven content hubs, technical Schema overhauls—that move the needle beyond incremental gains.

• Work with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Enablement to align search goals with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with the SEO Content Team to review content plans for technical requirements and alignment with the search roadmap.
• Translate SEO/GEO requirements into site needs and work with technical teams to implement solutions.

• 10+ years of high‑level experience in SEO and digital strategy.
• Expert at leading cross‑functional teams through influence, clear documentation, and shared goals.
• Strong motivation to obsess over targets and relentlessly pursue new ways to exceed them.
• Mastery of the SEO tech stack (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and deep understanding of AI’s impact on SEO.
