Perform routine, immediate, periodic, and overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware;
Diagnose and repair machine faults, working independently on common floor calls;
Isolate electronic faults at the board level and escalate complex issues to senior-level slot technicians;
Read, interpret, and accurately apply information from repair manuals and equipment-related technical documentation;
Communicate effectively via two-way radio to coordinate maintenance activities and report status updates
