Software Engineer; Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Infrastructure Engineer to join our Product Infrastructure Engineering team  role reports to the Manager of Software Engineering and focuses on building and operating the platform that delivers threat detection and response to our customers.

• Work closely with product engineering teams to set infrastructure standards that support our SaaS products.
• Understand and contribute to our cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, backend systems, and maintain multi‑cloud container environments using Kubernetes.
• Encourage a strong Dev Ops culture that prioritizes collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and create internal tooling for engineers to enable a consistent experience across product teams and streamline onboarding.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation within the Engineering department.

• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) and IT automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Salt).
• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, GCP, or Azure) and cloud networking (e.g., VPC design, DNS, VPNs).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration (e.g., Helm, Docker), and CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Git Hub Actions, Circle
  
  CI).

• Experience with multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Watch.
• Background in Ruby on Rails and Postgre
  
  SQL.

Base Pay Range: $101,500 – $145,000 USD
