** Responsibilities:**
* ** Endpoint Management:
** Oversee endpoint devices' deployment, configuration, and management. Ensure security, updates, and compliance with company policies.
* ** Systems Administration:
** Maintain servers, storage, and virtualization environments; perform updates, backups, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
* ** Network Management:
** Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor performance and security, resolve issues.
* ** Security Management:
** Implement and enforce security policies; conduct assessments and audits to mitigate risks.
* ** Team Leadership:
** Mentor IT staff, support professional growth, and collaborate with other departments on IT solutions.
* ** Project Management:
** Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and objectives met; coordinate with vendors and providers.
* ** End User Support:
** Point of escalation for Tier III and above support issues
** Key Attributes:
*** Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and network protocols.
* Experience with security frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
* Proven ability to drive process improvements within a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences.
* Highly collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or relevant industry experience

* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on Endpoint, Systems, and Network Management.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products and Enterprise Business Software.

* Experience with Cisco, Extreme Networks, Palo Alto, VMWare, and Advance Security Tools.
