1. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries related to product applications and troubleshooting. Conduct comparative testing in customers’ R&D and workshop.
2. Develop, follow up, and manage users through effective customer relationship management, product application development, and technical support. Collaborate with dealers to develop new customers and maintain existing ones.
3. Gain a thorough understanding of marketing information, such as trends, competition and requirements, to propose accurate technical solutions.
4. Responsible for new application development, introducing and promoting products, establishing and regularly updating pipeline and recipe databases. Design and execute experiments to optimize existing formulations and processes.
5. Prepare comprehensive customer visit reports, including test results, customer information, feedback, and subsequent action plans to enhance product performance in alignment with company and customer demands.
6. Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to enhance knowledge of biotechnological fermentation production and promote the company's products.
