OverviewDo you enjoy working with technology, systems, and creative production in a fast‑paced environment? As Printing Production Operation Coordinator you will perform system administration, workflow coordination, and graphic production support using specialized software to process print requests, configure workflows, and develop layout formats that meet client specifications per Department of Water Resources policies.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple print production projects, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Administer and maintain specialized software applications for print workflows.
- Configure workflows and develop or update layout templates to meet client requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production systems.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory and data management systems.
- Classified as Analyst II (see Class Specification).
- Relevant experience in graphic design or print production software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience with management information systems (MIS) or workflow systems.
- Knowledge of color management, purchasing, contract processing, and inventory tracking.
- Ability to troubleshoot, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain accurate records in a structured system environment.
