Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (Final compensation will be determined based on the individual's experience, skill set, and geographic location, among other various factors)

Position Summary:
The Digital Media Buyer is responsible for the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic digital channels (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring a candidate who is both analytically driven and creatively aware. The ideal candidate can interpret performance data and translate it into decisive action, while also evaluating creative assets to understand what is and is not driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 1+ years buying paid media at scale, ideally for direct-response, subscription, or lead-gen businesses, Preferred 3+ years
- Experience accounts spending at least $10-20k consistently per month
- Deep hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, You Tube)
- Awareness of at least one native platform (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent, MGID)
- Strong analytical foundation: you can pivot a dataset in Sheets, read a cohort report, and explain what changed without hand-waving
- Design literacy: you can tell good creative from bad, write a clear creative brief, and give specific feedback to designers and copywriters
- Working knowledge of pixel implementation, UTM hygiene, conversion APIs, and attribution gotchas
- Self-directed work style. You do not need a Slack ping to know that CPA spiked at 2pm
- Must be able to pass a background check
