Salary: $8,504.00 – $11,395.00 per month (minimum salary for new to state candidates applies).

• Supervise IT field support staff located in Northern California, Houston, Chicago, and New York.
• Plan, organize, and direct daily workflow to ensure workload completion.
• Identify, document, and monitor defined service levels and performance management standards.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and develop scope of work.
• Participate in vendor/product solution evaluation and selection.
• Travel up to 25% of the time as required.

• Meet the Minimum Qualifications as described in the Classification Specification for the Information Technology Supervisor II position.
• Desirable:
  Background in IT support.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Required to be fingerprinted, pass a background investigation, and participate in E-Verify.

• Partial telework may be available; schedules require on‑site presence a minimum number of days per week.
• Standard office environment in a high‑rise building.
• Daily use of a personal computer, office equipment, and/or telephone.
