Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first line of defense by monitoring, detecting, and responding to security, infrastructure, and facility alerts.
Monitor and respond to facility‑related incidents, including:
High humidity
High temperature
Power failures or fluctuations (facility‑wide)
Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts, including:
Intrusion detection and access control alarms
Server performance degradation or system failures
Network connectivity disruptions
Act as the primary point of contact for all site‑specific incidents, assuming leadership during active events as needed.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless handoffs, consistent communication, and timely post‑incident follow‑ups.
Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed incident reports outlining findings, root causes, and resolution steps.
Support security and engineering initiatives by contributing to continuous improvement of monitoring, surveillance, and access control systems.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a command center, service desk, or 24x7 operations environment.
Strong ability to triage and prioritize multiple incidents based on risk and urgency.
High proficiency with IT tools and applications; accurate and efficient keyboarding skills (25+ WPM).
Foundational knowledge of security and IT infrastructure, including IP networks, servers, and LAN/WAN environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team.
Working knowledge of data protection and privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR) and the importance of safeguarding sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure while meeting time‑sensitive and operational requirements.
Experience using security and monitoring platforms such as Lenel, Avigilon, SOAR, SAOS, and Grafana.
Familiarity with systems such as Genetec, AMAG, Software House, Hirsch, S2, and other ACS, VMS, IDS, and CCTV platforms.
Relevant certifications or hands‑on expertise with the above systems are a strong plus.
