We are seeking a Sales Enablement & Content Strategy Contractor to support the design, development, and optimization of Value-Added Services (VAS) sales content and enablement strategies. This role will leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create scalable, consistent, and impactful sales materials, while improving seller productivity and accelerating client engagement and conversion across regions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage a centralized, AI-powered sales content strategy, building scalable frameworks including pitch decks, one-pagers, proposals, and playbooks standardized across products and regions while enabling local customization.
- Translate complex products, implementation structures, and pricing into simple, compelling, client-ready narratives, ensuring all materials are executive-ready, visually consistent, and brand-aligned.
- Design and support enablement journeys including training programs, toolkits, and playbooks to drive seller productivity, partnering with regional sales teams to ensure relevance and adoption across the sales lifecycle.
- Implement AI-driven solutions to auto-generate proposals and client-facing materials, summarize client insights, and recommend next-best content and actions based on pipeline stage, integrating tools such as Power Automate, Copilot, and CRM systems.
- Define and track KPIs including content usage, win rates, and seller productivity, leveraging analytics to continuously optimize content strategies and maintain feedback loops with Sales, Product, and GTM stakeholders.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales enablement, content strategy, GTM, product marketing, or sales engineering support, with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-ready narratives.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with expertise in developing modular, scalable content frameworks and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power Automate), and CRM or knowledge management systems.
Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Engineering teams in a B2B sales enablement or GTM capacity within technology, financial services, or enterprise solutions industries preferred.
